altruistic virus
im trying to get rid of it, i know the file location but cant delete normally cuz access is denied, through command prompt access is denied, and trying to change administrator didnt give me permission to delete, i tried too many youtube videos but none worked, please help its taking a toll on my computer

Are you able to install any programs at all? You could try booting into Safe Mode and running something like Sophos Hitman Pro

Do i have to install a program to remove it? I prefer downloading as least software that i dont know as i can, and safe mode isnt needed its just taking away from my cpu, it doesnt attack anything as much as i know
