Are the updates not downloading? Does the download percentage not increase?

I already done this, but done it again now
If that does not work I would recommend using Windows Deployment Image Servicing and Management repair function.
1. Open a command prompt with elevated privileges (Run as admin)
2. Check for any issues by running,
DISM /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
This will check if there are any corruptions detected
3. If it reports errors, then do this command. DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Once the scan is complete, your system will automatically connect to the Windows Update service to download and replace the corrupt files.
If this errors out at any point please retry the process in safe mode.Now I put the other code ?
