red bar tool possible hacking tool?
I was outside a shop and saw a shifty looking guy I payed no mind but I turn around and he has a red bar trained on some people and possibly had it on me anyone know if this could be a hack tool ? Maybe a rif reader or something

Im just thinking it looked quite big and was flashing so might be a tool right?
Could you give us some more context/details surrounding what "red bar tool" you saw?
Flashing and decently sized
Didn't look to have anything comeing out of it
But he did train it on people
