What file, object, rodent, or binary is being transferred to this active, listening process?

(if you don't see the option, try refreshing Discord with Ctrl + R)
All I really see in that lsof is the working directory, root directory, the binary ran, its dependencies in memory, stdin, stdout, stderr, and the port it's listening on. Was that all you were given to answer that question? (I could also be brain farting, it be late)
