WIf you're recycling two files, there will be two files in the recycle bin
WThat's critical information that you definitely should have provided 
WBut the file names themselves don't start with $R, as far as I'm aware. They're moved into a special folder called $Recycle.Bin or something, then references are clapped. But there would still be two files if you deleted two files
