Well, something that seems immediately interesting is that it was installed in a Temp directory. That means it would have been erased after a reboot of the host.
I'm guessing you are going to need to reinstall to a more permanent directory.

it's not finding the file, so if you don't it won't ever work

The file you download should be a .7z file, if this is true install 7zip and unzip the file using that tool

The built in zip tool for windows is garabage.
Right click the file > 7zip > Extract Files...
Then make sure you choose a location like Downloads or Documents that isnt a temp directory to move you files too.
Then double click the .vbox file in the folder that process creates

This error has a multitude of causes, are we still try to install on a VM?

Before you partition, go to to the main menu using escape and install GRUB first. It worked for me
