I need to factory reset this pc because it is fucked up to hell and back
But i cant even access the options menu due to said fuck ups

I called tech twice and they didnt help with shit
Which OS? And what exactly happens when you try to reset it?
Its a school laptop
And it seems the users folder has been deleted

Okay so, I'll just try some stuff which might work
You can try running
lusrmgr.msc in Run and create a new user account
From there you can access settingsThe recovery environment cant even run
Can you boot it into safe mode?

What you can do is, install a Windows OS in another USB or DVD, plug it in and change the boot sequence when you start it

I think you'll need to obtain one. I'm not sure about any other method through which we can address it (others here might know).
When the OS installs, you can choose to repair your computer on the setup wizard screen iirc
Alrighty, if this is the school's laptop, you need to return it to them and have them do any fixes. We don't help with anything like this because it can easily be us helping someone get around blocks in place or otherwise reset their school's PC, which I can guarantee you are NOT allowed to do.
