Someone else's wifi hijacks my wifi repeater and disables my internet!

I have a 1 gigabit fiber connection to a router called Livebox 6 that i dont have acces to, and from that there is a wireless repeater that I have acces to in my apartment. When i connect through my local port 192.168.1.1 i connect to an archer mr200 instead of the router downstairs. That router was not setup by its owner so i was able to create a login to its control center and reboot it. While the archer mr200 was rebooting my repeater connected to the correct router (Livebox 6) and my wifi works perfectly. but right when the archer mr200 is started again it hijacks my repeater again. I would appreciate a discord call and live help from anyone who would like to tackle this problem!

This sounds like a issue with your repeater. Barring the fact repeaters are useless, does your repeater not have some way to specify the network it is using, most of them have some crappy app.

Also you connecting and messing with that other router when knowingly its not yours is a crime in most countries.

so it is coupled to the livebox when the other wifi is off and also the wifi from archer mr200 wasnt even set up and hasnt been used by anyone its uses a 4g sim card and has 10mbps down and 2 mbps up what i want to do is to forcefully turn off the archer mr200 router, and i have acces to the control panel but that only has a button to reboot the router

Unfortunately this community cannot assist then, since this device is not yours, any attempt to disabling it would be illegal. I recommend you speak to your neighbors and see if you can get it resolved that way. They don’t have great range so the owner should be close
