Having some problems

So I run Windows 11 on an updated system, everything is updated and newly re-installed because of some errors I done myself, now, I wanted to open up Windows Security to enable any must-have's when it jumped me with a black screen but the application being opened, I tried multiple methods and with 2 options from the background apps it says "Page not available Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not available. Contact IT helpdesk for more information.", I am not using a company PC/network btw, and yes, I did try PowerShelling the crap out of it, first I tried the "Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI | Remove-AppxPackage -AllUsers" but that only got me an error code, I did try to fix it to most of my, and ChatGPT's help, but now, please, I need some professional help.

Since you've had a previous installation, it's possible remnants of a third party antivirus or security program are interfering with Windows Security. Temporarily disabling or uninstalling any such software is a good starting point

You should also verify your account type in Control Panel > User Accounts. If it's not set as administrator, change it or login with an administrator account

Try uninstalling known programs in control panel and/or settings. Also, this might be a little risky, but I know a way to remove Windows Defender entirely, but it's not endorsed by microsoft and is on github. You could reinstall Windows Defender after using powershell.

I had none of that, I already checked for any potentials like Norton, since GCC loves integrating it, but hell, I needed to even re-install the Microsoft store.
