How to prevent a server from getting raided and protect the wellbeing of members
Hi there, my name is Jules and I am apart of a server that is being threatened by with raids, ip grabbing, and so many other things. They say they operate on a court system, which is simply untrue, as we have determined it was not something established by the main server ours branched off of. They have a page where you can buy things against Discord ToS, and it's despite our reporting nothing has been done. I have provided the screenshot and this is sort of a desperate call for help, as every other option we have is giving us a period time where we have to wait, and we don't want to keep our server joins or invites paused to compromise the activity within the server. Please, let me know if anyone can help.

U usually need to click a link
And im sure ur server members don’t lack common sense so i believe they wont click random links
Raids on the other hand
a lot of them are on the younger side as it's simply a server based off a roblox server (nerdy i know)

Discord it self is supposed to prevent raids
But idk how well that system works
There’s bots you can either add or spin up to mass ban though
Everyone ping is a permissions thing, so if your server is setup rite you’re fine
User to IP only works bc of a restorecord leak from over a year, maybe 2 or 3 at this point
So like, no one’s ip is likely to be the same
I’m guessing here, unless something else came out recently

Just turn on uBlock origin and whitelist sites that you normally use or use Librewolf to tune it for you

i did, were losing revenue so we are leaning towards trusting the bot and allowing it to work

we've installed a bunch of safety bots, paused invites, etc etc!

Just lock down channels in that time, if you suspect your staff is part of them then you can demote them.
