if you haven't spent any money then just take the loss and make a new account, that's all you can really do
If they can't do anything about it then you will likely need to accept the loss of that account, it sucks, but their team is the only group that can do anything about it

trust me, as you get older 3 years will pass quickly
No employee will be able to take action for you
you can build a new roblox account or something else over time
