to add to this, i really feel like you need to demonstrate blue team experience. like even if you're applying for a red team position, your first item should be a blue team or homelab experience. then the other three can be red team. but as it's formatted you look like a roblox hacker which would be liable to become an insider threat. for a non-red team position, you really need three of your positions to be blue team, and maybe the last one on the list be a red team

if you're in USA and you're trying to get a job, at least in my experience recently, it can help but i have had basically no luck with cold applications
