My new A50 X headset will not recognize on my PC, PLEASE HELP

Hi, I just bought the logitech A50 X gaming headset and for some reason it wont recognize on my PC, this has also happened with 2 previous steelseries headsets, i spent the money and i really dont wanna go through refunding it, ive tried force updating the drivers to make it recognize the headset. redownloading/updating all of my pc's drivers and a few other things, PLEASE HELP!! thank you and have a good day

would you be able to try installing another OS on the computer? do you already have one you can try? do you have like a bootable kali stick somewhere?

can you try following bluetooth? the instructions came with your headphones but you can also do them online

there was no fix, i sold the headset to one of my buddies

Click Start, and then click Run.

many newer Logitech devices can use both

so you can connect via the usb bluetooth if your device doesn't have Bluetooth or you can connect via normal Bluetooth pairing
