sometimes unable to interact or click on any apps other than discord

Unresolvedso, occasionally my pc will do this thing where i just am unablle to interact with most apps on my desktop. this includes my taskbar, and also my power button. i can type messages into apps, but am unable to click on anything other than things in discord for some reason...?
i dont know how to fix it and it's making it impossible for me to turn off my laptop. someone please help.
