How to start a Red Team career in the US?

Iām trying to get into Red Teaming in the US and Iām kinda lost on the best path.
Right now I do CTFs + pentest labs, and Iām learning AD + web stuff.
What should I focus on first to be job-ready?
Also which cert makes the most sense first: OSCP / CRTO / PNPT?
Any advice is appreciated
