Is my tablet compromised?

UnresolvedI factory resetted my tablet (Galaxy Tab A) in settings. when google asks me to verify its me signing in, it sent a random phone number. I never recognize it nor i ever put it once.
After signing in and switching number, i tried to remove the unknown number in the phone app but theres no option to remove it. its in "add to my profile"/"this tablet"
I looked through my google acc and theres no any other number linked besides my own (I changed my password just in case)
