hi I was looking for help with my pc. For some reason my system idle process has been using almost all of my cpu. I looked it up and I was getting help from a friend and I found out it has to do with either some kind of conflict with drivers or mainly it could unfortunately be malware and on the kernel level. I have process explorer and I checked the threads tab in the properties for system idle process and the cpu usage is coming from ntoskrnl.exe!KeSynchronizeExecution+0x3410 which I read is a crtitical component of the windows os. I've done all the steps for troubleshooting and I'm looking for help here and I really appreciate anything at all. I have a lot of important stuff stored on my pc and I've had this install since 2021 so it would really be pretty frustrating having to do a fresh install but if there isn't any other option then I'll do that.
