Have your friend in desired country host a wireguard server

But, basically, any commercial VPN will leave you out of luck; large companies put a lot of time into preventing VPN/Proxy with their services
No matter "un detected" a company claims to be, they will all stop working at somepoint
I use private internet access, didn’t get any problems until now
They get flagged I recommend setting up an openvpn on a vps (the country of your vps will be your vpn location)
