I wanted to factory reset my pc and everytime i try to, it blluescreens. Ive tried usingg cmd to also rest it but it jjust crashes my pc. I ttrired opening advanced start up, but that bluescreens the pc entierly. Additionally, i scaned the bios and turns out my bios image is also missing

Try installing via USB drive
Install windows 11 ISO, insert USB drive into PC, use Rufus to format ISO into USB drive, boot into USB drive and follow on-screen instructions

It just blue screens every single time. smae with when i want to go back to a resttore point (just noticed that)
Might sound dumb but if you're on a desktop computer can you check the psu cables

I say you try reinstall windows from an usb
If it doesn't work your drive might be at fault so replacing would be necessary
Sometimes flashing the bios can help too!
If you're not techy enough you can ask someone who's better at computers or i can help you through diagrams your pick

Whats the bluescreens error message? You might have an underlying hardware failure. I recently had something very similar happen when my ram went bad
OP doesn't seem confident to work around in the computer i say leave the hardware troubleshoot for last
