BIOS Boot Order

can someone help me? i managed to mess up my boot order in my bios and now i cant load into windows

I'm going to assume you know how to get back into bios. You would just need to reorder it again.

I installed Rufus on a external hdd and i usually install windows from it but i had a diff order

Last resort you could just put your hard-drive or ssd as the first item.

Yes, i did that but now i only have my external HDD but my ssd isnt showing up on the explorer
