By which I mean, you can host it for free up to an extent, if you have some credits or free demo or something, but to upscale/downscale the infra as needed, you'd need a paid plan. GCP, AWS, Oracle Cloud, Azure etc can technically do it
Although there are services like Replit or Vercel more tailored towards discord bots because they have more nodejs support as I hear

like a discord bot? a discord bot really doesn't need much, you can host a bot on your own laptop

though in practice id recommend just buying a raspberry pi or an old dell optiplex or something
