Hi, i have an device is busy with a previous request error when im trying to connect my wifi adapter to my kali linux virtual box machine

Was it working before?
on a diffrent machine, but i create a new machine
Could be a shadow process running it still, close/restart the host + virtual box?
You might try and different USB port as well to ensure its not tied up there
Host machine using it could tie it up if running simultaneously
Or another vm
Try removing any USB filters on the box (not sure if that's for vbox or the specific machines inside)
still not working
Install virtual box entension pack?

Also make sure if your loading a saved state to warm boot the box in case a shadow process is running
okay, so the adapter is connected but when i type ifconfig it isnt working
Is it being used by host machine?

Try disabling on the host machine and see if it works in the vm

Idk then 😦 updating drivers usually works unless its filtered
