Not able to Shrink C drive Tried all the basic solutions still not able to.
Turn off System Restore:
Press Win+R, type systempropertiesprotection, and press Enter.
Select C drive, click “Configure,” then “Disable system protection,” and confirm
Disable Hibernation:
Open an elevated Command Prompt (Win+X, choose “Command Prompt (Admin)”).
Enter: powercfg /hibernate off and press Enter.
Disable Paging File (Virtual Memory):
Right-click “This PC” > Properties > Advanced System Settings > Advanced tab.
Under Performance, click “Settings.”
Go to the Advanced tab > Virtual memory > Change.
Uncheck “Automatically manage...” then select C: and choose “No paging file.” Click “Set.”
Disable Kernel Memory Dump:
In the same Advanced System Settings window, go to Startup and Recovery > Settings.
Set “Write debugging information” to “None.”

Are you talking about shrinking a partition?
yes
i have already split my c into 2
i wanna split more from my C to give to my other partition

i tried using minitool wizard partition
i did check disk file and stuff too tried re pairing
Right-click the start menu -> Disk Management
In Disk Management click on the C: drive in the menu, then click the partition you want to shrink down below and right-click. Select "Shrink Volume..." from the menu and select your desired size.

Doing anything to an online (running) drive is relatively a PITA. I would start with defragging the drive and repeat and see if that changes anything, sometimes fragments exist in the space and it labels it as unmovable and prevents adjustments to the NTFS partition size.
Is this an HDD or an SSD?
