Anyone know how to fix ts?

I'm using avast anti virus and it's stuck at this percentage. Anyone know a fix? (Ignore 41 threats)

One of the downsides of normal defender is that you don't get some of the functionality in defender without tweaks. Being able to enable ASR is pretty lit but can be a bit aggressive lol
