windows 11; trying to run docker desktop; wsl not installing
tried whatever i could find. isn't getting installed. forbidden 403 error...
also tried cmd as admin but still same issue
got it to start installing for a moment but after 70% the conection reset somehow--

I found the issue.
My hostel wifi is quite restrictive (literally banned gaming as a whole, ChatGPT, heck, even Reddit—)
When I searched bout the error code, it said it's net related issue.
Tried using my mobile data and it worked.
