also get rid of your gpa/percents
like if it's not 100% it's not worth putting
and if i were hiring you, i don't like that three of your experiences are just red teaming
to add to this, i really feel like you need to demonstrate blue team experience. like even if you're applying for a red team position, your first item should be a blue team or homelab experience. then the other three can be red team. but as it's formatted you look like a roblox hacker which would be liable to become an insider threat. for a non-red team position, you really need three of your positions to be blue team, and maybe the last one on the list be a red team
actually while we're on the subject, rework how you write your descriptions

this reads like an advertisement for TF not for you
try to rewrite it in a way that emphasizes either the work you did, or preferably, what you learnt from making it

Do these kinds of projects help to get job guys?
if you're in USA and you're trying to get a job, at least in my experience recently, it can help but i have had basically no luck with cold applications
there are plenty of very hungry and much more qualified people who companies would much rather hire right now
it's a terrible job market for everyone, recruiters and employers and jobseekers alike

the advice that ive heard recently is that you should try to network, so try to meet with people and connect with people on linkedin
because very few of my students this year have gotten jobs just through a normal application process, almost all of them knew someone who knew someone

as for you, this resume does need a lot of reworking
though for you it might be worth going to a networking event and taking it to someone anyway, maybe even ask them for resume advice

so some projects you can try, if you have an old laptop or you have some money, try starting a homelab
first task is setup a server vm of some kind, second task is to setup a rsyslog server for that vm
