Lockdown mode on iphone

General Tech Support🔐Cybersecurity Help
I got a threat notif on my iphone 3-4 months ago that read basically "ALERT: Apple detected a targeted mercenary spyware attack against your iPhone" and a bunch of instructions on what to do. I know its a legit attack since i also logged into my apple on my pc and it gave me the same warning. Just wondering if there's like ANY smidgen of hope of turning off my lockdown mode or if that phone is just compromised for life.
