Help with account recovery epic games

Unresolvedi have tried making a account recovery for my account. which has been hacked by someone in belarus and i live in england, i have given proof of my account, sent old usernames, sent screenshots of my name, gameplay, my 2fa, and even my purchases and every time they always come up with they arent able to verify its me? i have no idea on how to get my account back i have been growing this account since chapter 1 season 7 and i have put thousands into this game. Please reply if you know anything that would help me get this account back
