Fan Issues
Before I go out spending money, I would like to double check with you all that this is not supposed to happen. I know where I can get a new fan for my laptop and who can fix it.

Audio recording of the fan sound
Yeahhhh that doesn't sound normal at all. It sounds like it's either rubbing against something or the bearing is dead/dying, which is probably more likely than the former
