I'm uneducated and woke up to this screen

woke up and got on my dell laptop like 15 mins ago and it's on this screen ? idk what happened or what to choose

it says

restore settings
please select the group of BIOS settings you would like to restore

available configurations
- BIOS defaults
- factory settings
- last known good settings
- custom user settings

I'm guessing that your CMOS battery probably died, or you did something by accident which removed the BIOS configuration
