since i'm suffering from micro-stutters and i'm currently debugging right now
i don't remember this being set on 0%
correct me if i'm wrong, thank you again
I'm no export but "minimum processor state" means the minimum state it has to process at all times
It's best to put 0% if you aren't doing anything with it
If you put it at 100%, it will use 100% of your CPU which isn't really needed as your PC can probably detect when to maximise processing speeds

used DDU
nothing
althought formatting my pc somewhat did the trick
i'll try something in Armory Crate
