I was accesing a website that could be malicious in my oracal virtual box then i had a antivirus notification on my main (host) pc that some website was doing fraudlent acitivity. so i wanna know if my main pc is safe or no. and wht if i install any virus on my vm, willl my main pc be safe?

depends on the malware, but generally yes just don't let it touch your host

there are cases where viruses can sometimes attack your host from your VM but those kinds of vulnerabilities go for millions on the black market, you're basically never going to encounter one of those unless you're a nation state actor in which case you wouldn't be posting here which is another way of saying just delete the VM, run a windows defender scan to be safe, and you'll be fine
