Virtual Machine

General Tech Support🔐Cybersecurity Help
Hello, I don't know if this question belongs here, but are virtual machines such as those in “Virtual Box” really secure and leave no gaps in terms of our personal data? I often run tests, but I'm tired of being limited by the fear of destroying my PC and my family accounts. Thank you for help.
