I might give it a little more time, but I think you are correct in that its stuck. That was an Nvidia driver issue.

I would restart the computer if it doesn't on its own in a reasonable amount of time. If it happens again let us know.

It is a old one
Its possible it just ran into an error and it wont persist. Its also possible its an indicator that the graphics card might be failing. Its hard to say yet.
I wouldnt worry too much yet.
