I suspect your psu is going bad.

Immediately unplug the pc from it's power outlet. Then try using latex gloves when handling the pc to reduce the risk of electric shock even further. This is me speculating but if you have made a recent hardware change, most specifically a hardware upgrade, the PSU could have not been able to keep up with the increased power demand and got overloaded and started malfunctioning. If the hardware change is true, try increasing the PSU's wattage and make sure the new PSU is at least 80+ certified. And when selecting a new PSU, make sure that the PSU is modular. The more modular the better. This means that if one part of the PSU goes bad, the other modules will still work and increase it's lifespan and durability.

Thank you for your info but the only recent hardware change that i made was upgrading my ram for 16 ddr4 gb to 32gb And it was 2 months ago

Alright, I would still suggest just getting a new power supply then still, make sure the PSU is fully modularized and at least 80+ certified.

Okay, if it's not the PSU, try and narrow down the options, the RAM upgrade could have been it. Faulty and/or improperly inserted RAM can cause Blue-screens and even corrupt the memory and when it gets written to the disk, that's why Windows was being corrupted. Make sure the RAM is properly inserted and that the access point to the RAM is clean (Best to do with something like compressed air and when the RAM is not installed)
