New PC Help
I just bought a new pc and booted it up, upon boot up it was very stutter and laggy on desktop, I thought maybe it was because the drivers weren’t setup yet so I updated windows, the drivers and made sure there was no bios update. Upon restarting it’s still stuttering on the Home Screen. I’m new to pcs and this is my first one I bought.

laptop or desktop?
and model?
Sorry for the slow reply! I took the computer to a shop to see if they could sort it out, but they couldn’t figure it out either. I ended up getting my money refunded and returning the computer, and I decided to switch to a different company. Just wanted to let you know what happened. Thank you for trying to help me, I really appreciate it. and happy thanksgiving!
happy thanksgiving!
did you ever find out what was wrong with it? does it even matter anymore?
unfortunately not, the computer tech here in my town couldn't figure it out, he said it could be a power supply or a ram issue but both were fine with my build so he gave it back said he didn't know what was wrong, he switched the ram and power supply just to make sure and it still was doing the same thing, so i bought a prebuilt from nzxt, looked at the reviews first this time and everyone said it was pretty above board, when i get it in on Wednesday ill definitely ask for help if i run into an issue again.
lmao
make sure you test that thing, NZXT is generally pretty reliable but they've been known to have problems
otherwise i like em though

Thank you so much!
how did you install the driver?
did you just do some windows update or sum
because thats now how you install drivers afaik
presumably nzxt installed the drivers for them
but yes generally windows update will take care of them
what
dont you need to search X cpu driver online X motherboard driver online X wifi driver online download it in another device, transfer it via usb and install it in the computer
bcuz thats what i did when i did a fresh install
sometimes you need to do that yea
what occasion do you not need to do it?
in cases where you buy the whole computer
in some cases windows will run just fine without them, the drivers won't be fast but itll run
