ResolvedI just bought a new pc and booted it up, upon boot up it was very stutter and laggy on desktop, I thought maybe it was because the drivers werenāt setup yet so I updated windows, the drivers and made sure there was no bios update. Upon restarting itās still stuttering on the Home Screen. Iām new to pcs and this is my first one I bought.
