ResolvedI just bought a new pc and booted it up, upon boot up it was very stutter and laggy on desktop, I thought maybe it was because the drivers weren’t setup yet so I updated windows, the drivers and made sure there was no bios update. Upon restarting it’s still stuttering on the Home Screen. I’m new to pcs and this is my first one I bought.
