White lines popping up on new monitor

Theres white pixels and white lines that keep popping up for split seconds on this new monitor I bought. I googled it and it says its faulty wires but I made sure the cables were shoved in fully.

Check if there’s any problems with ur bios it shows every internal part check if your bios is ready for those

I’m not familiar with that type of bios, because each has its own but try to search maybe search for gpu graphics processing unit settings or video card settings

Im assuming it's prolly one of these
