White dots on monitor + Screen freeze + Black Screen

Just turned on my pc this morning and my monitor freezes every 5 minutes + these big white pixels popping up and the monitor keeps going black every so often

reinstall your graphics drivers

if that doesn't fix it you're probably dealing with monitor damage

obviously though if you have another monitor try it with that
