Minor display diagnostic support
Rather minor issue here but still worth documenting and asking. Every once in a while, typically when I alt-tab, my screen partially goes partially red for a frame or two. This started happening out of nowhere roughly a week or so ago, but it seems to only happen once or twice a day, if even that. I did buy a second monitor just to see if it still happens and it hasn't yet, but I haven't really alt-tabbed too much on it so I can't be fully sure.
