Downloaded malware

i recently downloaded malware. viruses through dumb links, i searched everything with malwarebytes, deletes some corrupted files and stuff. I tried a lot of stuff. My problem consists of my enthernet icon dissapearing from the taskbar, if i open settings, then go to network & internet, and status, the settings app crashes, only status, nothing else. It works in safe mode though. I tried a lot of command prompt methods, none worked. My wireless wifi doesnt work anymore, only wired enthernet, i currently use a usb tethering device. Best thing you can do is factory reset your PC, if you ever catch malware that probably means your system is hacked and there's nothing to do other than to factory reset

You can backup any .txt, .doc, or images or any other important documents to the cloud so you can keep them after the factory reset
