Computer not opening
I was on my laptop and it just went black
, now it won
’t charge
. Is the cause because of overheating or
? If so what should I do
?

Can you take the battery off and plug the PC then try to start it without it
?

It
's possible that it won
't let that happen still

To be clear
, I
'm guessing that your battery died
. It can be other things
: dead
(or malfunctionning
) CPU
, dead
(or malfunctionning
) motherboard
.
.

If there was a really important overheating
, maybe something went wrong on these component
.

Maybe the laptop will just start again when colder too

I
'd recommand to let it cool down then try again to boot

Then if it doesn
't work
, try what I said sooner
, start without the battery

Checking the user notice could help too
, maybe there are diagnostic advices
(specific lights patterns for instance
)

Then if it still doesn
't work or if you can
't get any clue about what
's wrong
, take it to a pro who will open it and find what
's dead
