Chances are high that you're using DHCP. So just turn off your router. wait an hour. turn it back on. you should be good.
I suppose since your name includes „hack“ you are in some shady/skidder groups. You can’t really get hacked just by someone who only has your IP. Just unplug the router and plug it back in.
If you have a normal home network which is not open to the outside, not much is going to happen, maybe he gets to know your location approximately, like which country or big city for example.
