This is arguable and really depends on jurisdiction as well as, under multiple jurisdictions this org doesn't even exist so... You can legally and technically say depending on your jurisdiction that this can be a hobby project or a international organization with privilages depending on it's recognition and that's what we are actively working on. For now tbh keeping it simple as this will vary, under ILO (15-18+) I may be a minor but this doesn't stop me from negotiating a international agreement with Soverign States or "the High Contracting Parties" and other international organizations, so yes the territories where this isn't recognized/endorsed this can be seen as a personal project/hobby or a "foreign" association/"foreign" NGO and in endorsed territories this can be seen as a non binding international treaty forming an international entity and in ratified states this can be seen as a legit international organization, however we are looking forward to deposit this after more reviews under Article 102 of the United Nations Charter, which will grant more extensive recognition than what we have rn, also by my org I mean I had the idea and founded (founding the charter doesnt grant any authority unless specified by the charter explicitly) the whole system as well as execuing it, within sometime we will also publish the instrument publicly as the first publicly valid version, after which we will start working on getting this fully recognized by the UN which will open more legal options for us.
