i've probably been hacked

Hi, I need your help figure out whether I've been hacked by someone I know. I don't want to drop the details here because of privacy. But if there's anyone good at cyber security who's willing to help me block the threat then we can talk about it privately. It's kind of an important issue, as it has been giving me anxiety for over a year now

okay then. Basically, a bunch of information about my private life has been posted on some anonymous website. The person who's posting it makes the readers believe that I've been the one writing them, when I actually haven't. By "private stuff" I'm not just talking about the kind of content I watch online, like yt and ttk videos, but also things I've said out loud, whether I was talking to someone or just thinking out loud (I do that a lot). This person has been reporting almost everything I said, even my family problems (I recently talked about those with my grandparents, and this person made, of course, a post about it online, making it look like I was the one who wrote it, like you would in a secret diary). I've been visiting these websites since september 2024, because I saw a post online and I was genuinely curious. But what I found was a bunch of creepy, love letters under my name followed by even creepier, mean comments basically bullying me. I'm 75% sure this is someone I know from my school, as his name appears on one of these websites (his nickname is rare). He also posts song lyrics that match a bunch of songs he added to his spotify, and the dates those were added are the same of those posts he made. So, I kinda know it's him. This is basically someone I used to like a few years ago, and everyone I knew back then warned me about him. Anyway, just to give you an example: on nov 2nd I was alone in my house because my mother had a date that night and came back later than usual. The same exact night, he posted something along the lines of "November 2nd: I'm alone in my house with my cat" which was technically true. but how does he know that without hacking or physically stalking me? we also live pretty far from each other (I'd say we're around 2 hours apart), so in order to stalk me he'd have to travel two hours just to see me every day. Sorry for the long paragraph but I want to end this thing. I can't stand him anymore today I had a phone call with my grandma, just checking that everything was fine. Then she told me if I was calling her from a bar. I asked her "why do you believe so?" and she said that she heard a guy talking while we were both on call, with a music playing in the background. Apparently the guy stopped talking as soon as she pointed that out while still talking to me, and I got confused for a second because I didn't hear anything at all. Then, something clicked

again, I'm not an expert but I'm pretty sure my private stuff has been posted on those websites. I check everyday to see if this person is still doing it, and apparently he's not stopping

it could have been a hacking incident but this looks a lot deeper than that first id say try disconnecting your computer from wifi for like a week and see if anything comes up just your computer, your phone should be fine if you need to, try unplugging your wifi entirely

Honestly, I'm not really concerned about my computer... more like my phone. Most of the conversations he's been posting happened either when my computer was not on or when I was outside the house. I was on my grandparents' when that private conversation happened, and the only device I had with me that day was my phone

and also report that shit to the cops and your school, like dial 911 or go to the police office like now it might be worth trying to use a dumb phone for a bit

I'm not from the US though, so idk if the procedure is different here

you can buy dumb phones easily from walmart

what do you mean by "a lot deeper than that"?
guninvalid over coax alliance
oh ok idk what the procedure is in your country but you should still definitely contact local authorities, because this is straight up just cyberbullying at the very least sounds like this isn't just one malware or something, this is a person with a grudge

yeah, I figured. This person is known for being a bully, but I chose not to believe the rumors back then. Apparently, they were right

yes, he definitely hates me and he also looks quite mentally unstable, judging by the things he says online

try talking to an apple store if you have one near you see if you can get them to do a diagnosis apple products don't really get viruses, iphones especially, but for something like this it could be anything

yeah, that's a great idea. Another thing I forgot to mention: if I go on the "passwords" app from the apple store, it says that my usual go-to password "was detected in a data leak and may be compromised". Now, when I was younger I made the dumb decision to use the same password for most of my accounts because I though something like this would have never happened to me. That's why I had to change all of my passwords. Since I started interacting with him on these websites, asking for clarification that never came, I got the security warning he even hacked the wi fi password of a local library I usually go to study to, and that warning appears on my passwords app as well I'm also pretty sure he always knows where I'm going, even though I have turned my location off this is so frustrating. I told him to stop doing that but he just doesn't want to listen. Do you think that going to the police will solve anything, and that they'll take me seriously?

if anything it could literally just be this let me give you my general advice
