Am I infected or is it website
Last week i was on a trusted website and randomly get getting redirected to laptop ads harmless all I did was click a button on the site not actually any ads so weird wasn't always. Went away after awhile until today it took me to a McAfee online scanner called anti trojan sum obv scam clicked of it anyways then got a alert blocking a trojan site owner of site and I have talked hes looking into it he said " we have nothing on our end so it'll have to be from a third party service" whatever that means? There's no ppl reporting this according to him or what I've heard, is it me or website? I it ONLY HAPPENS on this specific site and not always so im guessing its not my phone or chrome browser that has malware.

The laptop ads are ads that appear at bottom of screen on site btw but im not clicking em. But theres no ads for malware scans so idfk

The websites link also seems weird when its redirecting to laptops maybe its normal
My guess is theres hidden ads which are popups that redirect when u click any part of site but not many ppl experience it if any execpt me ik another website that do someone but not many other ppl
