ResolvedHere's an interesting challenge:
I had an old account that was deleted. I was under the assumption that the messages would also be deleted (kinda like Instagram), but they in fact were not. Luckily for me this was over 3-4 years ago so I'm not concered that much about it. I should also mention that I messaged privacy@discord.com, who replied that they can't do much, but if there is a message that contains PII to email em with a CSV file containing Channel IDs and Message IDs.
Main question: What laws could potentially apply for message retention as there policy doesn't quite cover that specifically?
