5G connection trouble

UnresolvedHi guys, i wonder is this some kind of NetCut attack?
the 5G networks suddenly disappeared few minutes/second after boot, so i need to re-install my network adapter to get it back, but the problem is i still cant connect to this network. and again, it will disappeared after that. any network that hasn't 5G, still work like AP-LT03-01
1. i tried run netsh winsock reset & netsh int ip reset. doesn't work
2. fixing power management and prefered band setting on network adapter. doesn't work
P.S: my laptop doesn't have problem with any 5G network. so it just my PC. this problem happens just recently, everything goes well before (i wonder if its because windows update, idk)
