Dell latitude 7490 not charging
So I was using my laptop for the whole day on a bed, then it stopped charging, so I thought maybe the charger broke. So I bought a new one, but that didn't fix it, so I tried replacing the DC jack on the laptop but to no avail. I have tried holding d and then pressing m. I tried removing the battery and trying without it. Also, for context, my battery could not hold any charge, so I kept the laptop plugged in all the time, but I replaced the battery while replacing the charger. But I used the charge that was on the battery to check if the battery works. So I currently can not boot the laptop at all. When I plug it in there is no white light in bottom right but when I press the power button the keyboard backlight lights up and the button right lights glows white for 1 sec and then turns off again. So I think it could be the DC circuit but do yall have any other things I could try?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks
