Need help for running a ZAP scan for APIs.

I'm trying to configure the postman with ZAP so I can capture the API request and then scan them, but I'm having an issue configuring. I'm getting the responses fine when the requests are fired in Postman. But when I proxy the postman with ZAP, I'm getting an error saying, SSL Error: self signed certificate in certificate chain. I have no knowledge of how to do this and was only following the steps given by someone who did this before. (P.S: Our client specifically wanted a ZAP scan on this😴)....

What do I need to do to land a job in an SOC as a relative beginner?

I want to work in an SOC. Until recently, I was a physical "SOC Analyst" for a Fortune 50 company. My department was odd in that we looked for physical threats to assets rather than cyber threats, and now I'm looking to bridge the gap between that and normal SOC skills and break into the cybersecurity/typical SOC field. I have the smallest touch of coding experience - I understand all of the logic and basic types of functions at least - and a decent degree of IT & troubleshooting, and have security experience. After doing some exploring, I've learned: - Blue team is what we call the "defense" team. I think this is the side I'm looking to join. - I need to know EVERYTHING about DNS....

Laptop As Phone

Hey everyone, I'm currently trying to find a solution to a specific issue. I have a laptop with that supports a SIM card input . However, I also want to be able to make phone calls directly from my laptop and run USSD codes(esp this). Is there any way to achieve this functionality or any external devices/software I can use?(I'm considering using tails for maximum security and anonymity) I'd appreciate any insights or recommendations you might have. So long story short uncle owns a car garage and recently something called "Remote car diagnostic" was introduced. To give you guys an idea on what usually happens : 1) a customer needs their car scanned, we connect an OBD port into the car, OBD port is either connected to its own scanner or directly to the PC 1.a) if the OBD is connected to its own scanner there are three ways in which this scanner can connect to my PC which contains programming and actual scanner apps.
