I wanted to factory reset my pc and everytime i try to, it blluescreens. Ive tried usingg cmd to also rest it but it jjust crashes my pc. I ttrired opening advanced start up, but that bluescreens the pc entierly. Additionally, i scaned the bios and turns out my bios image is also missing

Try installing via USB drive

Install windows 11 ISO, insert USB drive into PC, use Rufus to format ISO into USB drive, boot into USB drive and follow on-screen instructions

If it doesn't work your drive might be at fault so replacing would be necessary

Whats the bluescreens error message? You might have an underlying hardware failure. I recently had something very similar happen when my ram went bad

yeah, if it bluescreens again though, pay very close attention. It may say something that you don't understand, but thats an error code and could help us diagnose the problem
